Great value for money, with prices slightly lower than other hotels in the area with a little difference in rent. The hotel's location at the centre of Little India is perfect, within walking distance to Mustafa shopping centre and other big shopping malls. The rooms, although small, are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities. Even though they are a little small, they have 2 twin beds which is a plus.
All was well.

Everything was neat and clean. And basically, the amenities were quite good!
the cot was creaky . There could've been a ceiling fan in the room and the room was a bit too small, particularly so when two are moving about. The toilet was very close to the bed. And the reception was very small and narrow.

the hotel is very clean, very nicely decorated from inside the rooms or outside in the gallery. there are all things available in the room(generally required), the location is perfect for indians (specially vegetarians)
The rooms are very very very very smalllllllllll......., so small that it ends the minute you enter the room, the bathrooms are made of glasses and to top it all there are no locks in the bathroom (toilet), the washbasen camode and shower stick together.

Stayed at a hotel in Little India. Room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Internet access was provided, and complimentary toiletries were available. The hotel's location was a major plus, being a short walk to the local transportation and easy to find taxis, making it convenient to explore the city.
The room was small and there were limited amenities available. The surroundings were not particularly desirable and often overcrowded, which can become overwhelming for some visitors.

The facilities at the hotel are not good. None of the room in Hotel has a stopper on the restroom gate. Rooms are very very small, toilet and bathroom size is not comfortable at all. The staff is very rude and non co-operative.

Most unfit hotel for staying. Not at all worth for the money you pay. Most awful breakfast (unhygenic, limited & only one variety -south indian), Receptionists insist only on advance payment Nothing else. For our entire period of stay (3days) tv was not working Inspite of repeated reminders was not rectified. Smallest room we ever stayed We have never seen any smaller room than this anywhere in Europe, asia or australia. Not even space to unpack/to keep 2 suitcases.BOTTOM Line: never stay in this hotel inspite of its good location in little india. I suggest Bookings.com to blacklist this hotel from their listings

Located in a bustling area full of cultural experiences, this hotel offers an authentic taste of the city. It may not be very close to the MRT, but the surrounding shops and restaurants make up for it. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and speedy wifi. the housekeeping staff is accommodating and the receptionists friendly.
The breakfast service could use a little improvement, according to one guest.

good service, nice staff over all had a good feel at Santa grand Hotel little India. My concern is the room size, only two people can stay comfortably in the room in which i stayed. Rent per day is 140 SGD which i felt bit costly.

welcome was really friendly but nice and relaxed, loved the location of the hotel to places to eat . bed very comfortable and tastefully decorated.....all in all a great experience oh and the free phone was invaluable as i had to change my flight at the last minute so that was pretty hassle free as i did not have to worry about a big bill which is a concern when you are on a very tight budget....wifi great....
